"My 11th visit to Playa del Ingles but the first time at these apartments. Communication before trip was great and check in seemless (although I didn’t note his name). Apartment was all I could wish for as a solo traveller,with nice touch of Prosecco on arrival. Restaurants, supermarket and entertainment nearby and very handy for the beach. Room cleaned on request and the whole block was kept maintained and spotless by the lovely Rodrigo and Imna. A wonderful chilled week and can’t wait to...

"Very good hotel. Very clean. Didn't feel too busy (even though it was full). There staff were amazing, not one person doesn't go out of there way to help or day hello. Food was fairly good for a buffet. Zhu restaurant is a must. There are better Riu hotels close by, but Papayas was still great. "

"This is the perfect stay if you are looking for somewhere in Playa del Ingles / Maspalomas to call a home base for a bit. The (two) pools are gorgeous, and you have dedicated loungers and an umbrella. I stayed in the Premium Apartment 121, which was heavenly. It is steps from the beach and also right next to the Cita, which has a grocery store for essentials. The staff was helpful getting anything you need, including 3am transport to the airport! While you do pay a little more compared to other hotels nearby; the room are clean & spacious and the pool area is friendly and relaxed. The staff are very friendly, especially Javier in the Pool Bar. I would recommend Axel Beach to anyone within the LGBTQ community. "

"Trevlig personal, rent och snyggt, bra poolområde. Perfekt läge i PDI med nära till allt. Solbäddar på egen uteplats. Finns tre tennisbanor på området. "
