"Don’t go in Spring or Fall. It was cold and rainy and they said its a 70 year old building so the AC was on for summer so no heat in rooms "

"Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The electricity in my room went out on the first night and when I contacted the front desk, they told me to fix it myself because they had no electrician. No electrician. At a hotel. I then had to wait an unreasonably long time just to be moved to another room. Second night, electricity goes out AGAIN. I notify the property and they simply stop responding. Completely ghosted. Spent the entire night with no power and zero support from staff. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else."

"Very comfy bed. Room was spacious and nice. It needs a better coffee machine in the room. The Nespresso did not work. It was inconvenient though to have a fire alarm test right before checking out time! I almost missed my uber ride because the elevator gates were locked and I had to run down six flights of stairs with my luggage. This was 10 am; check out is at 11 am."
