"The AC didn’t work at night making it super difficult sleep. Also, the day of the check in they started mentioning fees and I ended up paying a lot more aside from what I had already paid online that’s without mentioning the fact that during the booking, they show you the tall building and you think you are doing the booking there but when you get there, it’s actually a villa which was totally disappointing. The room was not in the best condition making the stay uncomfortable."

"We had to move to multiple rooms, doors not locking, beds were horrible to sleep on. The staff were great and done the best they could to accommodate."

"Outdoor pool was nice.Food was good but expensive. Rooms could be clean but not horrific. There was a staff person or someone working on a room on the second floor and threw down a box from the second floor to the ground and almost hit our car but worse could have hit someone else. All around it was a good stay and great location to all of the attractions near by."
