"The room was clean and the amenities were easy to use.
A lot of options, including healthy options, were available at the breakfast buffet.
Checking in and checking out were easy and didn’t take much time. The staff at the front desk and the concierge were polite and helpful.
The station for the bus #1960 taking us to and from the airport is conveniently located at a short distance from the hotel.
Overall, I would gladly recommend this hotel to travellers to Taipei.

"Clean room, courteous staff, good location near Taipei train station. Place was a bit dark but that’s part of the hotel’s theme. Overall, it had been a very pleasant stay for my family."

"Lovely hotel with a beautiful view and also in a very good location. Metro station is right outside and there are many shopping and food options nearby. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist with anything I needed during my stay. Very highly recommended."

"We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for one night and it was amazing! From the decoration in the reception area, the cleanliness and the beautiful room I received everything was top notch! As Expedia members we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite that had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to the 101 Building which has shops, a food court and entertainment. I only wish we could have stayed longer!"
