"Pristine is located close to the waterfront of Puerto Natales and you can walk anywhere from the hotel. The rooms are quiet, big and new, the staff is amazing ( gracias Dani & Cristina). Breakfast is good (bread, cake, crackers, jam, coffee, milk, yogurt, ham and juice). I missed chocolate to add to my milk but I could go to the corner of the street to get pastries and hot chocolate at Darwin Pastries. Pristine hotel also kept my luggage while I was in Torres de Paine for a small fee. I had a good time at Pristine Hotel! "

"This is a gorgeous hotel just by the entrance to Torres del Paine national park with outstanding views towards Torres del Paine. Popular, big and busy due to it's location but there are plenty of quiet spaces to relax and enjoy the views. We had a classic room with skylight mountain views, very comfortable. Wind noise can be a little loud on the roof when it's very windy (often) but didn't disturb our sleep. These are on the top (4th) floor. The lift only reaches the 3rd floor. Amazing buffet breakfast with lots of good quality selection and plenty to do in the hotel with the added facilities. They can make packed lunches if needed and also grab bags for breakfast if you need to leave early for a hike (like we did)."

"Breakfast every morning was lovely. Eggs to order. Delicious juices. Fresh coffee. I liked that they had water available all day long. This is a beautiful hotel with class. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Brian was so helpful and kind. The owners have dogs that visit each day and I loved hanging with them in the lounge reading. The location is perfect. Close to everything so you can walk. So happy to have stayed "
