"Really enjoyed our 6 nights at Lodge Morrena. The reception staff (Valentina, Denise and Javiera) were excellent. So friendly, nothing was too much trouble, great guidance on what to do in the park etc etc. One morning our car had a puncture. Rather than miss what we had planned for the day, Valentina gave us a car we could use for the day (no charge). Whilst we were having fun, the puncture was sorted. Amazing service.
The evening food options were wide and all excellent. Maybe a little pricey but everything is in Torres del Paine! We didn't think the prices were too bad. Breakfast was included and more than sufficient for our needs.
The hotel is 5 minutes from the park so access is perfect.
WiFi worked well in the common areas - bit flaky in the bedroom but not a big issue.
Overall, highly recommend this place."
"Good room in a quiet side of the neighborhood. Breakfast was great as well as the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend The Veat for short or longer stay in Puerto Natales"
"We had a superb stay. Hector, Sandra, their son and staff went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. The rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable and a very nice and abundant breakfast. We would definitely recommend Hostal Baquedano to friends and family! "
"The staff were exceptional and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful view of the mountains and water. There is a wonderful path to walk along the waterfront right across the street. Breakfast had lots of variety and many great restaurants are close by.

"This place was everything I needed after traveling through Patagonia for two weeks. Walking the streets from the city center to the waterfront. I saw a lot in the last day and a half of my trip. The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was plentiful they even let me keep my car parked there while I was walking around even after I checked out since I had a later flight. Thank you so much"
