"Staff was super courteous, paying attention to all our needs. Restaurants were good. We wished kids zone can cater kids under 4 years old. We travelled in a group of 6 adults and 3 kids between the age of 1.5yrs - 2.5yrs. And since we couldn’t put our kids in kids zone, we weren’t able to enjoy a lot of services. I guess until this is resolved, we will have to book another resort for next time. "

"We just finished a family reunion on Thanksgiving and we loved it. We stayed at the White Sands, awaiting our room at the Family Select at the Kantenah, and certainly preferred the latter, although the White Sands has a nice pool and best restaurants. The kids loved it, and the swim up is worth getting, if you can manage it."
