"Great central location, lots to do nearby."

"We checked in and had to move rooms 3 times because the rooms were dirty. The staff downstairs were rude and not helpful, despite me explaining it was my fiancés birthday and we had reservations at a certain time for his celebration and needed the help with the room as soon as possible. I came to the front desk, multiple times, asking when they would come up and fix the room. Almost 3 hours later, It took me finding the district manager in the hallway, for me to finally get help cleaning up the room. There was mold on the shower curtain, stains on the sheets. After they provided brand new sheets and changed the curtain, the district manager did compensate us with 1 night free. But the hotel staff downstairs was still funny towards us the remaining of our stay. Would not stay here again."

"We had a great stay at Level River North. The unit was well equiped, well designed, modern and most of all had great sweeping views. Really enjoyed our in unit laundry. Problem with the dishwasher was quickly addressed. Overall a good experience and will definitely stay again when in Chicago."

"The staff was super helpful, the location was perfect (a cool 25 minutes from O’Hare) as it was walkable to the main blvd, Michigan Ave and endless restaurants plus bars, overall the hotel room was spacious and clean, fairly updated. We missed the opportunity to check out the complimentary happy hour but that’s oka as we loved our stay. Definitely would book here again! "
