"the room was clean but the floor was slanted and the TV did not work the whole time we were there. Also the ice machine was working when we arrived but it did not work the next day and didn't work when we left the next day. I don't know where this picture is from on the page but it definitely not at the Grant Park Hotel on Michigan Ave we stayed at!!! "

"Our stay was amazing even though it was a short trip. It was perfect walking distance for us. We walked to the navy pier, the bean, sky tilt and my favorite of all the Harry Potter shop. Weather was beautiful. The room was perfect, the staff was funny and kind. Will definitely book again."

"Quite smal but very accessible and affordable in a really easy to navigate area of Chicago. It’s great for a weekend trip or a few days. Has a self washer and dryer on site, as well as a fully functional kitchen to cook. Would stay there again and would recommend!"

"I felt so welcomed at the Felix Hotel. The location is super ideal and the staff is kind. This was my first time in Chicago.
