"Uyên, Thư and Thu are the best customer services, my wife and I was there for one week and two days and 3 days on December 2025 after that.
Customer service was excellent and hotels was clean and nice. We are very happy with all staff including all security officers Hoà, Bình. We think this is 5 stars customer services.

"Room was clean, bed and pillow were good and comfortable. Room isnt big for 2 luggage opened at the same time but it is managable for 2 people.
Staff are friendly.
Breakfast was decent and has a someone making different types of pho each day. I enjoyed breakfast very much. Location was good, very close to Han market! Definitely should go to han market! It was packed with south korean tourists buying good quality fake stuff 😅
Overall da nang city is small hence walkable everywhere. Also it is close to airport as well.
If I come back, i would stay here again.
