If you want to see a show while you're in town, try and grab some tickets at TAG - The Actors' Group in Western Honolulu. Hotels.com travelers also say the area is full of friendly people and has lots of nice beaches. It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. If you enjoy the show and want to see another, Hawaii Theater, Neal S. Blaisdell Center, and Kumu Kahua Theatre are not far.

"Stayed two nights. Staff were all very kind. Hotel room itself was very clean. Lobby and common areas were very busy and crowded, but they were clean. Construction was going on which we knew about before booking and were fine with. Did feel it was weird that when we checked in they said nothing about a plan for all the water being shut off for two hours the next morning, instead we got a letter shoved under our door while we were out. The rooms are renovated but you can still tell the building is very old. Door to our balcony was ancient and got stuck a few times which was very scary when on the balcony. Bathroom in room needed work, seemed more like age and not dirty but not really Hyatt standard in my opinion. Again want to mention that all the staff we interacted with were amazing and truly cared about our experience."
