Where you can see and hear desfile de dia de muertos (partially) from the rooftop of the hotel on the 9th floor! "Right in the middle of Reforma but near the airport. The space waa great with ample dining area, bathroom, rooms, and laundry. Great for small families and solo travelers. Communication was easy and staff spoke both Spanish and English."
