"The room was clean and well maintained but poorly engineered for our needs. We needed a walk-in shower but got a shower in a jacuzzi tub that was difficult for us to access. The toilet was not the comfort height that was needed. The Ed was very comfortable but a little high for our access needs. The property advertised a hot tub by the pool but it was not working. There were no luggage carts available. Staff was very friendly and helpful except for the staff person who checked us in. We probably would not stay here again."
