"The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom very clean, desk staff friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit of a pain because it was a busy weekend when I was there, but it’s probably always that way since it’s near O’Hare. "

"When we arrived the property was clean as usual. Overall I am satisfied with the stay but considering the cost of the rooms here you should receive water that is not $8 dollars each and a microwave should be standard in the rooms considering lower scale rooms have them available. "
