"But to our surprise the first day we wanted to take a shower no shower Gel had to come out the shower to requested! Left room as her to please give us shower cup and 2 waters for medicines , nothing was provided and on the shower we had and empty bottle of shower gel and she never pic it up! No Matt for the floor was provided!!we had to use 1 of the two towels , so we had one for shower !! Went down to ask for shower cup and the gentleman told me we don’t have and I said yesterday someone ask and it was provided, then he point out some drawers look there, we said excuse me? Yes look there! I said I don’t have my glasses so he finally went and get it !! First time on a Hilton to look or open a drawer! Ask for the manager and he said I am the manager!! That happen on 23/10 at 630pm"
