"Front desk staff is very unprofessional in appearance and demeanor. Appeared panicked dealing with the hotel being heavily booked. Do not like being addressed as "baby' or "honey" even in NC!"

"The reason I am writing this review is because of one person. I don’t know her last name but her first name is Pat, she is in charge of the kitchen for breakfast. I had misunderstood the time given for breakfast, so when we came down there was nothing left. She saw that I was upset, came over and offered to make us something really quick. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. "

"Well lit parking. Easy to find. Outside stairs/ outside doors. No elevator. Clean room. Beds are comfortable. AC rattled some so I had to mess with the settings to get that to stop. Didn’t eat the breakfast. Good hotel if you need a clean room and shower for a night. "
