"The property was nice but the general amenities were lacking. We had a 3 bedroom but the hotel would only issue one key. The breakfast was basic but was charged 15eu per person. Over 50% of the room cost for cold cuts and eggs. Ridiculous. Pillows were rock hard. No glasses or silverware was provided in the apt. Coffee was provided but only espresso cardboard cups. We were very disappointed in a beautiful property but then super cheap on everything else..."

We were there before and during Ramadan, during the latter, they made every effort to accommodate us. One day I was sick - the front desk clerk walked with my daughter to the pharmacy to get me medicine.
