"Treated like royalty from start to finish! Cant rave enough about the Bristol Palace! "

"The room was exceptionally clean and large there was a tub in the room along with a bidet in double sinks there was plenty of room to spread out in the room with a couch and a table. The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions around Genoa. Department is very convenient access to the hotel in downtown Genoa by car or walking is very convenient. It's probably a 25 minute walk to the central core but only a 5-minute Drive . I highly recommend this hotel "

"Beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean room with an incredible view - and it was extremely quiet considering it's directly on the Piazza! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic value for the money - I would definitely stay here again!"

The location less than 10 minutes from train station was on the marina a beautiful area. Good selection of restaurants and gelateria nearby."

"Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Incredible views. Beware that the the main entrance for the hotel is located up a very long and very steep driveway from the main road. It would've been helpful if the side entrance near bus stop was open to guests. "
