"Staff was really helpful. Great location and bed was comfy. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good. Parking was a few minute walk away and it was awkward to temporarily stop in front of the hotel to load and unload bags due to construction, but otherwise we had a great stay. "
"Tried several times to requests directions from the Airport to the hotel, which fell on def ears, i walked which due to local construction was a nightmare, no problems walking a KM ,however around midnight back and forth was a nuisance.......
Its amazing they can send endless emails regarding check-in or booking the restaurant, but replying to requests in directions or transport late night is ignored.....TV didn't work, room was clean...."
"Loved this hotel, such a beautiful location on the river with good dining options (coffee shop and restaurant), excellent breakfast options and good hotel pool / spa, especially the outdoor heated pool looking into the river"
"This hotel was very easy to find, though it’s worth double‑checking the address since there are two locations in Cork!
Once we arrived, we had a great stay. It was incredibly quiet, and we slept amazingly well. The staff were so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
My only concern was the shower; the water never got fully hot, more room‑temperature than warm. If that were improved, the stay would be perfect!"
