"The hotel is in a perfect location—right off the highway for easy access, but far enough away that traffic noise isn't an issue. The check-in staff was helpful. The rooms are spotless, and the back area with the chairs and gazebo is a wonderful, relaxing spot to unwind. There is a great restaurant right next door,
As a solo motorcycle traveler, this place is both highly functional and peaceful. I will definitely be back!"
"We have stayed here many times in the past. It is reliable, convenient, clean and quiet at night. We have also once had to travel with our dog and it has pet friendly rooms that were great!"
"I have lived in Burlington VT for 30 yrs after moving from Brooklyn NY & never stayed in the mountain so I went. The Innsbruck Inn had everything I needed ! Amazing buffet breakfast, 8 ft deep pool with 2 outdoor hot tubs, robes in the closet to go to sauna or hot tub in, river to fish in behind the property, an actual key for the door which had 2 doors (one to hallway and one directly outside) & I loved the nostalgic look of the grounds and even the Frigidaire fridge with the old school handle ! It was just perfect !"

"This is a very nice property with excellent location and amenities. We skipped the restaurant because it seemed pricey for what it was. My main disappointment was that the lobby snack shop was out of Diet Coke, and there were no other diet drinks available other than ginger ale. The manager seemed completely unconcerned, as if nothing could be done. You are making hundreds of percent profit on each soda sold; if I was the manager, I would have an employee go to the nearest grocery store to pick up some more diet soft drinks. Beyond that, one of the beers I requested was not in stock immediately wherever those are stored, so someone had to go to the restaurant to get one. The wait for her return was quite long, like 5 minutes."
"We stayed in the deluxe double queen on the second floor.
The room was confined, with very little space for anything. The floor was quite uneven and pitched to one side- so much so that you could feel it lying in bed.
The nordic-chic renovation was not very well constructed or thought out. The shelf with the kettle has no place to plug it in, for example. (The only place I could find to use it was on the floor- I would not place it on the wonky shelf on the pegboard wall.)
The bathroom is tiny with only a small shelf for a few toiletries.
The main space by the front desk is a nice area to hang out. They have comfy couches, good beer on tap and some snacks. The staff was accommodating and friendly.
Overall the accommodations are very basic."
"The room was clean and staff attentive. The in-room amenities were sparse, no coffee, carpet, bags in the trash, chairs to sit in, and the continental breakfast was minimal.
If you want a no frills experience in a clean room with a reasonably comfortable bed you found it. The location is excellent, with covered parking too."
