"Great hotel right near City Hall. Staff was very attentive and room with balcony was amazing facing City Hall. Valet parking so quick and efficient! Concierge top notch. Definitely stay her if you want the best restaurants and site seeing area!"

"Great experience! The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but had everything we needed. There were so many nice conveniences at the hotel: a water dispenser with complimentary bottles by the elevator, and a free coffee/espresso machine in the lobby. The lobby was comfortable with plenty of places to sit, chat, and even tables to eat at. We got a friendly greeting when we checked in, and hotel staff greeted us each time we came back in. The only thing I'd suggest is if you're sensitive to noise ask for a higher floor or a room on the non-street side since this is a busy area of the city and there's a lot of street traffic. This was a great stay and we'd definitely stay at this hotel or their hotels in other cities again."
