"This property was better than I expected. My room was lovely. light, clean and comfortable. I was exhausted after my drive when I arrived and the check help was kind and gentle with my confusion about my car number plate! I was able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy a drink. The town is becoming more built up and I could see the water and the Elms. The view may not remain like this but is a convenient and clean place to stay with good amenities. I would stay there again. "The check in experience wasn’t very smooth as the property uses passcodes rather than tap cards. The passcode dials on the doors are very tiny. Not a major but not convenient. Also, to enable GOKI app for door unlocking, there was no booking code to be found in any email comms. Had to ask the reception"
