"The hotel is Amazing what makes it so special are the staff they are so kind and helpful and very professional. I can’t remember all the names but I remember Aroosa and kamaran both were so sweet and caring super helpful made us feel right at home . The hotel itself is beautiful clean I can’t find any fault and this was my second time here and my whole family enjoyed their stay and the hotel is very close to so many tourist attractions the area itself is beautiful. Credit goes to all the staff there. Thank you for a wonderful stay and inshallah we will be back "
"To start with, even after confirming 2 times before travel no one picked us up from airport and we had to book a taxi and make our own way. When asked about it i got no reply. Then the room given to us was dirty and disgusting which i took photos and showed to duty officer. Dirty tables, dirty bath and broken shower were the few photos i took. They changed my room but the new room was not clean either. I took photos of ripped duvet which i did not complained and they did not change for 3 days and then i took pictures and showed it to duty officer but he did not do anything. Then there was this PSL team was arriving so they send us notice that they will change our room, lucky it was our last day. Overall worst experience ever.i will upload pictures if i get option for people to see the 5 star Hotel of Pakistan. Its a shame that the standards have gone down drastically and no one cares because it still runs on full capacity as many people don't know better or they don't say anything. For me it was the worst stay ever i have had in my entire life. Stressful time I'm glad is over after 14 long days and big dent on my pocket. If anyone want proof i have photos i clicked.
Last bit they also cut water supply on one night in the name of maintenance.
Please avoid this hotel."
"We just stayed one night while doing shopping in Lahore, Check in experience was bit too much formal, lucky we had all the required documents. I will rate this hotel a 4 star not really 5 star. Breakfast was wonderful and had a big selection of traditional and intercontinental food. Staff at breakfast even catered the personalised requests which was great. Overall this was quite pricy for price to comparable hotels in Lahore. I booked in rush without seeing the price coming was in US dollars not in Australian dollars.
Overall great service and reasonable cleaning."
"I recently stayed at Four Seasons by Sheraton Lahore and had a pleasant overall experience.
The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and made the stay comfortable from check-in to departure. Their service stood out as one of the highlights of the visit.
The breakfast, while somewhat limited in variety, was well-prepared and enjoyable. Quality definitely made up for the smaller selection.
The building itself is on the older side, but it is clearly well maintained, which reflects positively on the management’s upkeep standards.
Security was also very reassuring throughout my stay. I felt safe at all times, which is especially important when traveling. I also appreciate that they provided a shuttle to pick me up and return me to the airport promptly.
Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Lahore, particularly if you value good service and a secure environment."
