"Excellent except our room too hot. Hotel HVAC not room specific. Management aware but unable to correct. At least they comped us breakfast! Hotel very clean. Good exercise room. Breakfast excellent. Hotel away from downtown. Ok for us as we rode metro. Very convenient. But if you want to be near action this is NOT your place. Probably not a good place for average tourist in Shanghai. But for people who know Shanghai or have business a perfect spot. "

I’ll be damned when we walked into this place. Never expected a true five- star chateau in Shanghai, dreams come true. Great experience.
