"First, the positives. Great location, very clean and well appointed with L'Occitaine toiletries and coffee, etc. Very comfortable bed and room and we had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The negatives: They have no USB ports in the room to charge your phone, I called the front desk, they said they'd already given all of the chargers out to other guests so I'd have to "go buy one myself" which was disappointing. Had they mentioned no USB ports on their website, I would have brought my own...

"No air conditioning. Had to leave windows open which then allowed loud noises from street bars and restaurants every night until 2AM and early set up noises starting at 6AM. Not a very restful place. The room however was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly. Good location just FIX the air conditioning !!! "

"Great little hotel, very central with friendly and helpul staff. Nice breakfast and bar. Quiet and clean. If you have a car and are uncomfortable driving in very, VERY narrow streets, leave the car in the nearby parking garage Parc Mignet, only a few minutes walk from the hotel."

Pool was a lovely extra in a city hotel, giving a place to relax after a long day sight seeing. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Bar area was a little stale and empty, with the bar staff being also a little awkward and abrupt. "

"An ideal hotel when travelling by train. Just a very short walk across the road from main station. Hotel quite basic but the room was comfortable and clean. There is a bar with outside seating. Bearing in mind how close it is to train station the area was very quiet at night."

You can hear some car noise from the road when at the pool but it is minimal and does not take away from the beauty and charm of this place. The room was lovely as expected from the photos. It was nearby to Carrieres des Lumieres which is a highlight of our visit and must see. I recommend this property."
