"Once you work out the buses, trams and trains, its a good location. Shops and eating places close by. Hotel itself is comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Happy to recommend and would definitely stay there again."

"Good location and value for money for an expensive city. Only 5 mins away from city centre by train. Breakfast is good and good value for Switzerland, other food offered later for lunch and dinner is overpriced and staff wasn't too friendly at the restaurant the night qe had dinner"

Unfortunately, it's a little characterless and has extremely limited F&B service outside "standard" hours. Arriving at 10pm on Sunday, there was nothing available to eat or drink. Also, there is no air conditioning in the room and it was far too hot"

"We were given a room which was attached to another room and door was not locked someone just walked into our room. When asked to change the room, receptionist said there was no other room available within our rate. Pillows were not comfortable and it was hot in the room. Air conditioning was not cold at all and was just blowing air. Breakfast was great and most importantly there was free parking available. Location is also great next to the lake. "
