"Gorgeous well kept historic property. The breakfast the the afternoon tea were outstanding.
We forgot our jackets in the room's closet. The hotel staff found it. We gave them our location, a hotel in Rio de Janeiro. They mailed to us, and 2 days later we received our jackets.
Outstanding hospitality service."
"Not enough staff on premises. Tried calling 8 times, at different numbers, no one answered. Later found out that the person that checks you in is the same that cooks and serves meals. Horrible. "
