"The only reason I give 3 stars on staff is because there is no front desk--everything is handled through the app and text (room assignment and code to enter the building, use the elevator, and enter the room) which was no problem.
I was initially worried that it would be stuffy in the room as you can't open the windows but that wasn't true. In fact the windows are extremely quiet. There was never any noise from outside.
People refer to the room as ship cabin like and I agree. Split double bed, nice bathroom and an actual eating table and small refrigerator and microwave were nice.

"The breakfast was fantastic, many local foods, terrific breads, fruit, eggs and a memorable sea buckthorn smoothie. Staff was lovely, rooms were clean quiet and comfortable. Loved the in room sauna that we used nearly every day. "
"The hotel is centrally located so it's walkable to the main downtown area. Theres also a supermarket across the street. The codes are only activated at the ckeck-in time, so plan your arrival at that time. And remeber your code - you need to use it three timea to get into the building, floor, room. The communication from the customer service was fantastic."
"The location is great, only 6 minutes walk on Frederikinkatu from Kamppi metro station. Right next door is Lidl grocery store. Room is new, comfortable bed, great shower. Very nice quick communication through WhatsApp with the host"
