Staff were excellent and the breakfast was plentiful! We were able to store bags pre and post stay with no problem due to our transfer timings.

"This place is amazing. Very relaxing, clean spacious rooms. 2 cozy pools that more than accommodates. The staff was A+, location A+, breakfast A+. I will stay again. If I had to complain, there is no elevator but the exercise was needed. I love this place, don't hesitate to book and stay here."

"Extremely helpful front desk lady. Helped reserve our rental car and allowed late checkout without cost. Breakfast was great. Simple eggs, toast and fruit, but the added fruit smoothie was a real treat that we didn't expect! Comfy bed and cool ac. No hot water in shower, but the water is temperate in Santa Marta so this is not an issue for us. I would definitely recommend, the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels and airbnbs. "

Check-in was great. Fast and easy. The staff speak Spanish and English.
We had a suite which was spacious for a family of 4. The main bedroom is separated from the area where the kids slept. Comfy beds, balcony over the pool, and a huge bathroom. TV in both rooms kept the kids happy!

Very clean, very nice and helpful staff. Great bed (a double bed very confortable with own light and 2 plugs!) even in a dorm!!! The food as the restaurant is also very good and the 2 guys are very nice and smily! Very well situated, one or 2 blocks adn you are in the center. So very good to visit the center enough far to avoid the noise!!! The hostal is also very nice (plants, hammacks..) I really recommand this place! Thanks to all the receptionists who...
