"Very attentive staff. The property needs a refresh but not too bad yet. Swimming pool was very good, the gym was fine (except for the loud music with explicit lyrics "

"Room ended up not having the amenities listed for family room (missing tv, no ac in rooms, not a stocked kitchen, nothing like pictures). Took a while to get the hotel to agree to downgrade us and repay the difference but the front desk staff was helpful and very apologetic. Ended up however overpaying for breakfast (25eur per person of 12eur like listed) and shouldn’t have had to pay at all as a Silver Member. Now Expedia is refusing to refund and is giving us the run-around (not hotels fault)....

"Stay was good. Kids enjoyed the pool very much. People smoke it seems everywhere so cigarette smell was an inconvenience. But it is everywhere in the city just not specific to the hotel. "

"Staff is very good and courteous, breakfast buffet could have been better. front desk staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Houskeeping lady was very polite. nearby area is amazing with beautiful cafes and dining options. overall stay was fine just the food could have been better.

"Absolutely one of the very best hotels, thank you to Akhmet and the front desk lady. Great service great rooms. I left my phone one day inside the taxi , Akhmet helped me to recover my phone.
Rooms were super clean, beds were super comfortable, housekeeping was top service. I will definitely stay again if I make a trip to Istanbul "

"Was there for 2 nights on business and hotel was totally fine for a quick trip. Hotel is small but comfortable and in good condition. Restaurant has decent options and if your friendly to the staff, they are very friendly back. However, if you have an attitude don’t expect staff to respect you."
