Hotels in Mid Beach

"We had requested a top floor room a month in advance, but it was not provided, which was disappointing from the start. The lift service was really bad. Many times we had to wait over 20 minutes in the lobby, and sometimes we just used the stairs because it took too long. Very frustrating. There was no proper way to contact the front desk from the room. The phone didn’t connect to reception or room service, and even when we tried calling, no one answered. On top of that, the room lock was not working properly. We tried reaching reception for help, but again, no one responded. The front desk seemed focused only on check-in and charging extra resort fees, with no real service afterward. Overall, very poor service. Would definitely think twice before booking here again."

"Every night while i was trying to sleep there would be music blasting right outside my room window that was so loud to the point i had to wear headphones just to fall asleep. 6 nights of wearing AirPods to fall asleep isn’t fun. My room didn’t get cleaned for the first 3 nights of my stay despite me asking the front desk 4 times to have my room cleaned. Overall not very happy with my stay and would like to be compensated for these issues. "

"We had a great stay overall! The staff was fantastic—everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, and the view was absolutely amazing, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Mike and the beach staff—they were incredibly helpful, professional, and clearly very good at what they do. The pool area was also a highlight and a great place to relax. The only recommendation I’d suggest is increasing the number of chairs at the pool. Availability was pretty limited unless you got there early, and it did lead to some frustration among guests. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely consider coming back if we are in the area again!"

"The rooms are not really soundproof much. When someone is in the hallway you hear everything. Loud music till after 9pm. Probably not an issue if you don't have little kids. They actually played nice. Our partial view ocean room was on such a low floor that we didn't really see anything,lol. Wasn't worth the cost of the upgrade. Breakfast is great. The towel cards are annoyance (you constantly keep counting how many you have because if you lose it it's $10. ) Parking is $50?!?! Found cheaper one somewhere else. Wasn't allowed to take a bowl of fruit to the room after breakfast.ok, it's a rule but I was treated like stealing a $200 lobster. Lol. They rather threw it away then let me keep it... Beach is nice and clean. Not enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. So be early. Staff is nice. Pool area is nice, although the pool is not large but was enough. Kids were happy:). It's only about 4-5ft. Not bad overall at all but would probably try a different hotel if visiting the town again. "

"Staff were rude! The rooms are absolutely disgusting. Dont walk barefoot on the nasty damp carpets! Elevator inspection was out of date by 6 months. Wouldnt let me get just oatmeal for breakfast. Either I paid 24.00 per person for a nasty buffet or they wont let you eat!"
