"We opted for two corner rooms to share between our family of four. Both were incredibly beautiful and luxuriously appointed with unparalleled views from 40 stories up over Shinjuku. The area is known for its nightlife but if you’re not looking for trouble it’s completely safe and there are tons of restaurant and bar options for every budget around.

"This hotel was possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed. The gardens were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the rooms had plenty of space for 3 people, the shower had solid water pressure, the toilet was in a different room than the shower (which was great for 3 people sharing a room), the hotel provided a ton of free quality toiletries, the breakfast buffet was DELICIOUS, and the hotel was a 3 min walk to Shinagawa station making travel so convenient within and outside of Tokyo."

"The best hotel we have stayed at for a very long time. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and spacious - and the view from our room at 31 floor - amazing. We could see Mt Fuji several time and Tokyo skyline at night.
And the breakfast was probably the best we ever had on a hotel - so delicious - and the seating in the breakfast restaurant was top.
