"Great central location, just a stones throw from main square. Very helpful and efficient staff. Rooms very modern and well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were a little dark but comfortable and well thought out. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Hot dishes at breakfast were freshly made and quality of produce very good. Would definitely stay again."

"Beautifully restored hotel in a former palace in a perfect spot a block away to the grand plaza. Very quiet, lovely, functional, comfortable room and large bathroom with great lighting, bath & shower. Everything new. The staff went beyond in professionalism and desire to please. We highly recommend. The perfect home away."

"Great stay! It is just steps from the center of Krakow, many restaurants (including the awesome milk bar across the street), and other sights. Staff was nice and the place was very very clean and modern. One of the cons were lack of parking. They said there was paid parking in the property but when we got there, they told us they only have 1 space available, which was always taken. Must park outside of the old city and walk. Cost between 20-30 PLN per day. The other con is that the room is way smaller than it looks on the pictures. Outside of that, it was great! I would stay again!"

We ate in the restaurant on one evening and would highly recommend although there are many nice restaurants nearby. Loved everything about hotel Balthazar and would definitely book again next time in Krakow."

"Hotel, location, staff all excellent staff. We didn't particularly enjoy the breakfast, but that was just personal preference and nothing to do with the selection on offer. Special shout to Vladis-Lav, who was on reception in the evening, so very helpful. Also I would recomend the pick up/drop off car service to the the airport"
