"Very nice stay. The staff was accommodating and kind, and I was able to get a room with a bathtub and an early check in. The hotel is also conveniently located in Levent, close to Kanyon mall with many shopping and food choices in the area. "

2. Our bed felt sunk from middle. I might being harsh but I prefer bed to be flat and expect that standard from 5*.

"Comfortable stay two night business trip in Istanbul. The hotel is strategically good placed close to the highway and close to Zorlu shopping center where the Metro stop (Gayrettepe) is placed which goes directly to the new airport.

My first night I got a room upgrade and the room was amazing, large spacious suite with dinning area and living room and huge bedroom. The gym facility was perfect too all the equipment I would use in my gym
Back home also the lighting and ambiance was perfect. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

"The breakfast was amazing 10/10. Gym was good, swimming pool was good, service amazing! However, the room had some problems which were a bit annoying, e.g, shower head wasn’t powerful and also wasn’t screwed on properly had to screw on myself. Bathroom door didn’t fully close which caused wet floor, not end of the world but a bit inconvenient. The most annoying thing was that the steam room didn’t work. I specifically opt for 5* hotels as steam rooms are really good for my asthma and fitness...

"Whilst the hotel is certainly not 5 star it is a lovely hotel with great cleanliness. Nice clean and fluffy towels and good linens. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast had a good variety for turkish and continental but was a good start to your day. Staff were pleasant enough. The location of our room was superb with a balcony and sea view. "
