The staff -- at every level -- is incredible. They all go way above and way beyond. Whatever management is doing at the hiring level, they are doing it right. The culture is one of pride and hospitality, and no corner is cut. The restaurant -- The Botany -- was our favourite in all the Plaka region. Amazing views...
