"Grand Sanatra Suite was huge, a little outdated ,but very tidy. Should provide more amenities for that price. The staff hardly had any contact, surprisingly there was no over the phone checkout "

"Room was nice, tidy and clean. Comfy too. the rug was kinda stained and we got a room right by the elevators so all day and night you could hear the beeping haha but besides that it was great."

"Beautiful hotel. Under reno, so there is noise on the beach and pool right now, but it is to make it better. I would have liked a 24 hour shop nearby, like a self serve shop even in the resort for when we arrived late am, to grab snacks and drinks. I think the restaurants should have their menus and hours easily visible online so we know what we are getting and when to go. "
