"The hotel is gorgeous, excellently maintained and decorated. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The front desk manager Jorge was very helpful setting up a luxury trip to the small island of Sabai off the Islas de Baru. The restaurant staff learned about my mom’s birthday and Gina led the way in organizing a celebration with balloons and cake! This is a trip we’ll never forget not only because of the beautiful amenities but also because of the dedication of the staff. Can’t forget to mention the server on the rooftop pool, he pampered us like we were royalty. Without any reservations I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience a luxury warm experience. "

los cuartos son limpios modernos y con tremenda vista .el servicio es excelente . Cuando valla otra vez a a Caratagena me quedo aqui la playa es tranquila con olas chiquitas como para las crianzas ! limpia , segura y relajante.
las piscinas estan limpias el bar de la piscina se demora un poquito en traer la comida pero paciencia estas en la costa caribe aqui es todo mas lento.Disfruta las vacaciones ."
