I really enjoyed our two-night stay. The hotel was very clean, and our room was cleaned regularly. There is a large shopping mall nearby where we could purchase everything we needed. Bus stops are within walking distance, and the nearest train station is about a 40-minute walk. The hotel also has a lovely backyard, which we used to relax in the morning and evening.

The hotel itself was fine, but circumstances and location were scary. It was surrounded by an industrial zone. When I arrived on Sunday afternoon, the lobby was locked and no one was there except a maid who was illiterate even in French. The cab driver helped me figure out how to use a machine to actually get in the building and to my room! I did not see another soul until breakfast the next morning, and as an older female traveling alone felt very unsafe. Though I was told there was some food in walking distance, there was no way I was going to walk anywhere. It was also NOT convenient to Monet's Garden, the purpose of my visit. Every time I traveled between there and hotel it cost me close to 30 euros! I spent close to 150 euros just on cabs!!! The original taxi driver gave me a phone number to call for a cab, and I had to call them each time I needed a ride, as there was no service anywhere near the hotel. If I had a car, it might have worked out. And though two people tried numerous ways, I was never able to get on the internet. The hotel itself was fine, and the operators - once they showed up on Monday - were very nice and tried to be helpful. But if I knew the situation ahead of time, I would NOT have booked this place. I consider this deception by omission of enough details!

Pas de restaurant le week end en période estivale. Le bar est ouvert jusque 19h30 et aprés plus de service. Rien est stipulé dans ce sens. Le claquement des portes des chambres est insupportable. Les gens ne respectent pas le fait qu'aprés 22 heures, il faut faire silence ou du moins ne pas parler fort comme en journée et ça à 4h30 du matin. Mettez une affiche pour que les gens respectent un minimum les autres. C'est plus un motel qu'un hotel. Les gens arrivent à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit. Ma fille de 6 ans a été reveillée en pleine nuit alors qu'elle a le sommeil lourd. Si vous voulez dormir dans le calme ou profiter d'un apéritif ou du restaurant le week end, ce n'est pas à l'hotell NELL que vous devez aller.

Cet hotel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles : prestations très moyennes et sans charme. Pas de stores ou volets exterieurs, juste un rideau occultant. Un rideau de douche, je ne pensais pas trouver cela surtout dans un 3 etoiles. Je suis déçue et le prix de la chambre non justifié : beaucoup trop trop chère. Je ne recommande pas
