Close to everything. One thing though, we were on the 8th floor and we could hear the nightclub on Sunday late into the night. Not super loud, just you loud enough you could hear it.

One of the best "Self Service hotels"

One of the best "self service hotels" where i have stayed. Rooms are nice and clean. Remember this hotel has no room service or reception because it's "self service hotel", but still everything worked and check in was easy.

It would be nice to be advised in the confirmation that you have self checkin. Also instructions for it.. look for terminals in lobby & info needed to id your booking. Instructions for making your room card.

Your met with an empty hallway, where an iPad handles checkin. No one to answer questions though. The room was smaller than a boat cabin, if you have a large bag there's no where to open i up, barely to store it either. The beds were fair in comfort but maybe 70-80cm wide.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient and I found the prove to be fair. There are a few things that could be improved. The towels were not changed daily, and the beds were not made during my stay. I also noticed a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant. Breakfast could be better as well – the selection was rather limited.

You get what you pay for

The hotel was in a really good location and reasonably clean. Check in was straightforward on a screen. Didn’t have much to do with the staff but when we needed help with luggage room no problem. However, rooms and towels didn’t get refreshed in the 3night stay. There were a group of us in 3 rooms - our air con was ineffective and we had to open the only window that would open. Friends in another room not so lucky - their window handles had been removed and they were moved at midnight after asking twice for the aircon to be sorted - they had been told this would be done remotely. Some friends had booked breakfast as part of their booking - they weren’t very impressed. Apparently quite basic for the @£16 plus each per day. Oslo is great - we didn’t pay a lot compared to other hotels so you get what you pay for really.

My room was extremely small. Very very basic. No instructions as to how to use the lights. Room was clean, location was central to everything. Staff was accommodating.

Great stay

This is a great hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I do recommend asking for a room above the second floor and not near the street. There are quite a few delivery trucks that make a lot of noise in the morning. Other than that, the staff was fantastic and friendly. The room was small but clean.

Hotellet var stærkt præget af at være styret af udenlandsk personale. Vi bestilte rene håndklæder en af dagene men måtte rykke for det 3 gange - sidste gang var vi vrede. Morgenbuffet var meget skrabet og ikke normal norsk standard. Bl a var den norske gedeost skåret terninger og “smørret” var margarine, alt tilbehør til yoghurt og det meste pålæg var sødt
