El Hotel tiene diferentes edificios. Cuando llegué me dijeron que mi habitación estaba al frente cruzando la calle y q la habitación estaba en el 3er piso, después que no tenía ascensor, y en realidad era el 4° piso porque cuentan desde el 0. Es un edificio antiguo remodelado y bonito, pero incómodo para subir y bajar maletas y no hay personas que ayuden. Al salir es difícil porque muchas personas se sientan en escalinata

Black mold, stay away!

Obvious black mold in the bathroom. The floors in the room had some sort of cheap flooring put over a subfloor that was failing, walking on it was spongy. The furniture was old and kind of crumbly.

Boa estadia

É um hostel bem melhorado, bem localizado, com quartos individuais espaçosos e banheiros privativos. Tem uma cozinha onde se pode preparar o café da manhã e refeições. Pontos a melhorar: não há panos para secar a louça, nem toalhas de papel. Encontrei uma barata no quarto. A torneira da pia dos banheiros desperdiça muita água, não tem regulagem de temperatura e molha toda a bancada. O pessoal é simpático, atendem bem e vc se sente a vontade. Considere que não há elevador, portanto terá que subir escadas.

Inconveniente foi uma das noites onde no 3 andar um grupo reservou alguns quartos e ainda foi permitida a visita de alguém que não era hóspede. Isso soube depois de ligar na recepção pois não consegui descer pra informar. Portas batendo a todo momento transito entre quartos, os hóspedes com a televisão em alto volume e com a porta aberta do quarto, conversa, risadas e gritaria com porta aberta, estavam em festa. Até o alarme de incêndio tocou porque estavam fumando no quarto. Tive que ligar na recepção mais de uma vez pra que fosse resolvido. Fui dormir as 3 da manhã. Não tem elevador no hotel. Há cozinha para uso, mas não há um papel pra secar, limpar ou manusear algo, de lado tinha um rolo de papel higiênico. O quarto era confortável, banheiro muito bom, espaçoso com dispensers para shampoo e sabonete, toalhas trocadas todos oa dias, boa ducha, roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas.

Great stay in a clean and comfortable hotel

Very nice and clean accommodations with access to tourist areas. Good wifi and heating. A few minutes walk from metro station. Great daily housekeeping service, and reception is 24 hours. All staff were very kind and helpful. A pleasure. Neighborhood is nothing to rave about but at least it is easy to get out of.

The layout of the room I was assigned left me with not enough room for my luggage to unpack. The bathroom sink faucet made it difficult to brush your teeth especially without a glass or a cup for the water. Also, I asked one of the receptionist for assistance— where to eat or the like; he couldn’t suggest specifics and just told me to walk on the main street and find one.

Lage und Preis-Leistung sind sehr gut. Die U-Bahn Station ist quasi vorm Haus, man ist aber auch zu Fuß rasch in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Das Fenster führte direkt auf die Straße, wo sich auch nachts Menschen aufhalten, die Fensterläden hält man daher eher geschlossen. Das Badezimmer war etwas schmudelig, die Fliesen teilweise etwas locker, die Verfugung sollte dringend erneuert werden. Die Tür der Dusche ließ sich nicht vollständig schließen, weshalb man beim Duschen eine kleine Überschwemmung verursacht hat. Zum Badezimmer gibt es nur eine Glastür, diese schließt nicht dicht ab: muss man mögen. Wir haben einen Blick in ein benachbartes Zimmer geworfen: dort war das Bad sogar direkt im Zimmer, nur mit einer Glaswand getrennt. Alles in allem für den Preis eine gute Unterkunft.

Établissement globalement propre, cependant les salles de bains mériteraient un peu plus d'attention. Le personnel est génial mais le gros défaut de cet hôtel est le bruit. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées donc on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir ou à côté.
