Great hotel but breakfast not for westerners

The staff were very friendly at this hotel. The cleaning staff were amazing and the rooms were neat, tidy and very presentable. Lovely hot showers. I have no complaints about the room or the reception staff. My complaint is about the breakfast. As a westerner I speak on behalf of Canadians, Americans, new Zealanders, British, Western Europeans and Australians. The breakfast is disorganised and weird. We don’t like beef stew, pork and beef soup, boiled vegetables, salad, overly sweet tea for breakfast. The dragonfruit was good, the eggs were good (except for the hard boiled cut up eggs that were sitting out too long and turning colour. ) The coffee was good. The tables were not cleared after the patrons would leave and the staff were a little rude. Many items were not topped up when finished, ie: jam, coffee…even forks. Basically the way this hotel does breakfast sends a clear message that they don’t want westerners. I do hope that either they can do a no breakfast option and reduce their price for that option or make their breakfast more western friendly like serve sausage/bacon, bread (not round buns) for toast, hash brown potato’s, real milk for coffee, granola, wider range of fruit, yogurt, grilled tomatoes… along with the eggs they served. I read earlier reviews stating people like me thought the breakfast was weird and it appears that they don’t want to listen.

The location was great , close to the free buses to move around. Staff were very pleasant and helpful . Breakfast was provided, a bit hectic but you could always grab a bite before headed out to see the area . Bed was comfy, building was dated but maintained. Price was good value.

Жила на 6 этаже, вид на город. Номер на темной стороне (не солнечная) и это отлично , тк номер не нагревался и спать было комфортно. Жила на период Эпизода. Ни разу не удалось побывать на завтраке, не могу оценить. Номер просторный , душ ,туалет -все работало исправно. Ставили шампуни, гели д душа, разовые зубные щетки. Вайфай норм.Если выйти из отеля, перейти дорогу, пройти чуть левее, будет магазин у Славы - там меняйте валюту. До пляжа 10 мин- из отеля налево(дорогу не переходите), далее- первый поворот налево вниз. Пляж норм ни больше, ни меньше.

Familie på fire som bodde her i 10 dager. Sentralt og greit tre stjernes. Litt kjedelig frokost, men med god utsikt fra frokostsalen 8. etasje. En liten gåtur fra ok strand. Mye bra restauranter helt i nærheten. Bra renhold og raskt wi-fi. Greit svømmebasseng. Følte vi fikk mye for pengene. Kan anbefales som et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Phu Quoc. Det er så pass billig at vi tok noen netter på hoteller med virkelig fine strender samtidig som vi bodde her.
