A decent hotel at a decent price...

A short walk away from the main tourist area this hotel was well priced and adequately comfortable. Breakfast was okay but lacked vegetarian options (except fruit and scrambled eggs that were in front of a chicken dish that dripped into them!). Hotel owner was very friendly. A decent hotel at a fair price. Rooms were very clean although pool was not.

The property itself is located near homes or other unusual properties,but it is very safe. It is maintained well, clean. Restaurant was great, there's pizza and other non mexican traditional foods, very clean.

This is a nice quiet out of the way spot. Not so good if you are on foot, but fine if you have a car. Small, cold pools (we went in January) but the restaurant/bar are good food and drinks at reasonable prices. a solid 7 on a scale of 10.

This place was beautiful and easy to find. The people there are super nice and my husband got to meet the owner and he was really nice as well. Place was nice, quiet and friendly. Definitely recommended. And it has a restaurant too. Good food.

This property is rustic, some dirt surfaces, about a mile to downtown, no elevator, food was great! Staff were always eager to assist us , family run. We’ll definitely be back.

If you are looking for a clean and safe place this is a great place. The staff were outstanding and took great care of us. Restaurant was excellent and so was the service. The shower was not good at all. The internet was terrible and the in room entertainment was poor to say the least.

We had a beautiful, cool room on the ground floor. It is about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the main square, felt very safe. And 10 minutes walk to cenote Zaci (go in the morning, definitely worth a visit). Breakfast had many options and staff was very polite.
