The Ultimate Paris Experience

We loved our stay with Fauchon! Everyone treated us so special. What a great touch to have a complimentary ride to a place of your choice on weekend evenings. We were driven to Maxims once Mohammed took our photos in and around the car; made us feel like royalty! The tea and macarons at checkin really set the tone!

Excellent customer service. However, inconsistent with refilling courtesy products of which that said they would do daily. Even after numerous times of telling them to rectify it, it still was not fulfilled until one day before our departure. Nevertheless, comfortable and luxurious setting, amazing breakfast, and exceptionally attentive staff. Very centrally-located with access to major landmarks.

Wonderful chic hotel with large appointed rooms

Four stay at the hotel and then dont seem to miss a beat. Rooms are well appointed and large for Paris. Staff are very friendly and willing to help where required. Breakfast is fantastic. Has become my go to hotel in Paris

Our stay in Paris was brief and we needed to be centrally located and well rested. Fauchon L'Hotel Paris provided this and more. Staff were superbly friendly and accommodating for our 20th wedding anniversary. Coffee and pastries in our room were wonderful snacks.

Perfection

We will absolutely return to Fauchon hotel. It was a wonderful stay. I had my mother and my 3 year old daughter with me. The hotel is perfect for all ages. The staff is so accommodating, friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for more. The attention they gave my 3 year was so appreciated. She loved it. And the room was wonderful. We had enough room to set up an additional bed for my daughter and fit all our suitcases. It was a fantastic stay in Paris and we can’t wait to be back.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Sandra and Omar at the front desk were extremely helpful and professional. Shout out to Mateo from the restaurant for making our daily breakfast a very pleasant experience. We can’t forget Jerome the general manager who on several occasions offered superb professional service and went out of his way to help. Special thanks to Paul for going out of his way to help us with car rental and other matters. The hotel is walking distance from Shopping, and restaurants. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. If we decide to stay at Fauchon in the future it will be because of the staff mainly. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

Truly a 5-star hotel

Excellent hotel!! ALL the staff are super friendly, attentive, helpful, and quick to respond to our needs. When our uber car got to the hotel from the airport, a staff greeted us and unloaded our luggage from car immediately. Then we relaxed in the lobby served with drinks and cookies. We dont need to check-in at the counter. Instead, a staff went to us to check us in while we were relaxing. We were even escorted to our room by front desk staff to explain what to expect in our stay. I commend the training given to all staff including the staff in-charge of replenishing the bar in our room, and the housekeeping. Our room is cleaned/checked twice a day. The manager is super friendly and takes time to talk to guests that makes us feel very welcomed. We stayed at Junior Suite Panache and it’s perfect. Room is very comfortable and clean. Bed is perfect to sleep on. Location is also perfect. Just 3 minutes walk to high-end stores. This hotel is highly recommended.

Shockingly Poor 5-Star Hotel Worst Experience

I recently stayed at Hotel Fauchon and was appalled by the service and conditions, which were nowhere near 5-star standards. Here’s why: 1. **Rude Front Desk Staff**: We were forced to wait **over 2 hours** to check in, with no apology. The woman assisting us was dismissive and unprofessional. 2. **Filthy & Neglected Rooms**: No housekeeping service on the second day. When we requested cleaning, we waited **another 2 hours**—nothing was done. 3. **False Advertising**: This hotel claims luxury but delivers **3-star service at best**. Dirty floors, poor maintenance, and zero accountability. As someone who has stayed in **over 100 hotels worldwide**, this was by far the **worst experience I’ve ever had**. Avoid unless you enjoy wasted time, frustration, and subpar conditions.
