The service staff is very helpful. We bought wine and watermelon and asked if we can have wine opener and knife to cut but they offer to help us instead, the service staff even provided wine glass and put the cut watermelon on a platter with presentation. What excellent services. The hotel is very comfortable with good mountain view in the morning. Reasonable breakfast spread too.

This property was very nice and the staff were the best. Super helpful and really nice. If you are thinking about booking get the dinner its really good and the value is amazing. I had to book afterwards and I was lucky they were able to fit me in, just book it ahead of time you won't regret it. The only small critique is I wish they had laundry facilities.

Solest 無論是在外觀設計、館內裝潢、房內空間規劃等都能感到諸多用心。 入住當天我們抵達得較晚，車剛停在車道下行李不久，兩位櫃檯紳士就跑出來協助，整體入住過程能感受到員工熱忱與親切，英文程度也相當好。 大廳、走廊與房間都設計得非常漂亮 本次入住的是位於一樓具備露台的房型 房間內空間寬敞，照明佳但將走廊及衛浴的燈聯動有點不方便。 臥室非常大氣，但隱約有股味道，感覺像是體味或腳臭遺留在榻榻米上。 床非常好睡，房內提供Nespresso咖啡與匠氣的咖啡杯、講究的茶具供泡茶，搭配上寬敞的露台令人驚艷也很享受房內時光。 浴缸很大，窗外是自己的露台相當愜意，這些都是滿分的。 然而隔天早餐的感受就不太一樣了 餐廳較小，餐桌數量不多 即便如此用餐起來的感覺相當拘謹窘迫 在取餐區要非常小心不與人碰撞 餐點的種類、品質也相當一般 就拿咖啡來說，咖啡機僅提供黑咖啡，口味卻很普通 麵包種類大概3種 總的來說餐飲品質與飯店硬體、櫃檯人員水準是不太匹配的。 總的來說以此價位著如此硬體與服務的飯店算是符合 但早餐大約只有1/3價位飯店的水準
