The room I had originally had an awful smell. The staff was nice enough to switch me to another room. The another room also had the smell but it was manageable. Location is convenient with lots of shops and restaurants around.

This hotel is handy for chinatown and is walking distance to the harbour area and sannomiya station. Motomachi station is about a 3 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of dishes and the bed was comfortable. Even for a Japanese hotel, the room was very cramped for 2 people travelling with carry-on sized suitcases. As for the onsen - if you have tattoos you can only bathe between 11pm and 3am, which I honestly found quite insulting.

5D4N Stay at Kobe

Location of this hotel is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the city centre, in between 2 main railway stations. Hotel parking is just across the road (<5mins walk), but the price was a bit too expensive I think (JPY2,300/night). Room space was okay, but the toilet size, I have to stress, must have been the smallest toilet we have ever had during our 30+ stays in Japan! Can hardly turn our body inside.

En ærgelig oplevelse.

Vi havde booket hotellet til en nat, da vi skulle flyve tidligt hjem fra Kobe. Hotellet prøvede at hjælpe med at skaffe en taxa til os, men var ikke særligt behjælpelige med dette, og det endte desværre med, at vi skulle finde en løsning selv. Det har vi aldrig oplevet med et hotel. Værelset var helt fint og rent, men der var ekstremt meget larm fra vejen med togene, samt aircondition på værelset, så vi endte med at slukke den - selvom det var 35 grader den dag. Det var lidt en ærgerlig oplevelse på vores sidste dag i Japan.

良いホテル

神戸の滞在は毎度こちらにお世話になっています。 神戸の同じ価格帯のホテルでは間違いなく1番快適な素晴らしいホテルです。 いつも高層階の部屋を、電車の音が気にならないためお願いしていますが、今回5階でしたが思ったよりは気になりませんでした。 ただ禁煙の部屋でしたが、クーラーから若干のヤニ臭と、シャワーカーテンのカビ臭が…苦手な臭いでしたので近くの薬局で消臭スプレーを買ってきましたが効果なし。。 心なしか階数で清潔具合や客層が異なるように感じます。 また毎度ランドリーを利用させていただき思うのですが、Tシャツ3枚と下着だけでも全く乾かず、結局4時間、なかなかの追加料金を支払い回すことになります。そして洗濯後服が臭くなります。順番もなかなか回ってこないため苦労します。 なんとか機材を変えるか、せめて清掃はしていただきたいものです。 それを差し置いても、また私は泊まりたいと思う良いホテルです。これからもよろしくお願いします^ ^

ロビーのスタッフの応対はとても良かったです。荷物の預かりも丁寧で心地よかったです。部屋も広く一泊でしたが快適に過ごすことができました。お風呂は半露天もあり快適でしが風量が壊れているドライヤーがあったり床が思った以上に汚れており風呂上がりに足をつけることが不快でした。結果ティッシュを濡らして自分で掃除してからドレッシングルームは使用しました。眺めも良く食事も大変美味しくいただいたので上記の件だけ残念でした。全般的にはまた利用したいと思いました。
