This has been my favorite spot to stay in Iceland! It’s quiet, clean and the view with the horses is amazing. The common area was clean and inviting and breakfast was excellent

Clean, comfortable, easy to find, beautiful property, and the staff were great. Check in was very easy. Free breakfast was a bonus! The common area upstairs offered a great place to hang out after a long travel day. It is a shared bathroom with two other rooms but that was not a problem. The horses were so great too!

I highly recommend for a peaceful stopover or for a long stay. The staff was kind and the home was clean and quiet. Sometimes guesthouses are loud or dirty but this one did not feel that way at all. I highly recommend staying here. It’s not right in the mix of things but it’s not far between two bigger towns and nice attractions.

Like so many guesthouses in Iceland, it is remote. It’s part of a horse farm. This however is part of the charm. How wonderful to look out the windows at the horses grazing, and being welcome to walk through the stables and pet these beautiful animals. Restaurants are about a fifteen minute drive, so prepare accordingly. I’d definitely stay again.

Excellent stay, lovely apartment. One minor improvement would be blackout blinds in the main room next to the sofa bed as the outside security light shining through the window was a little annoying.

Access to the horse barns is amazing! I really loved being able to hang out with them whenever I felt like it Breakfast was delicious and the staff were attentive. The walls are a bit thin, but all the other guests were pretty quiet so it was not a huge deal. At the time of writing this, the listing said there was laundry available but that was not the case.

Very comfy beds, lovely lounge area. Amazing views. Lots of flies in the summer....cover food at breakfast, net in room to stop them.coming in. Road leading to location....no tarmac the one way, very rough for cars.
