This is a budget property and good value for the money but needs some maintenance. The doors of the elevator were badly scratched, a cost if paint would do much to improve their appearance. The shower stall should be replaced, it is looking dodgy.
The location is a bit far from the markets, you might consider using the trams instead of walking. Very few restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Easy flat walk to the station but a little farther than I thought it would be. Location was quiet, didn’t hear any street noise or hall noise.
Room had dishes, sink, stove top and microwave which is handy for take out outlet basic cooking.
No hairdryer, you need to borrow from the receptionist and hope one is available. Only one pillow which is a deal breaker for me since the bed is the only comfortable place to sit. I asked for another at the reception but they didn’t have any.
Ok for a budget hotel but I think I would stay else where if I came back to the city.
