My experience at B&B São José dos Campos was not good at all. They gave us room P-006 which is 1 st floor in an open area to the lobby. Every time the door downstairs opened, you could hear inside the room. People talking, staff talking and phone ringing was literally so disturbing that we requested to move rooms. The staff hesitated and not even apologized for what was happening. Never again.

Quarto, localização e atendimento excelentes. Porém tive que parar meu carro na rua pois informaram (no checkin) que as vagas não comportavam o tamanho do carro (uma SUV compacta, tamanho normal). Não deram outra opção e o carro ficou na rua, sem qualquer segurança.

Hotéis deveriam ter proteção acústica nos quartos

Eu e minha família já estivemos outras vezes neste hotel e resolvemos voltar. As acomodações são boas e espaçosas, chuveiro excelente, boa cama. O café da manhã é muito bom: variedade, café expresso de máquina, frutas, pãezinhos frescos. Serviços e equipe ótimos. Somente foi bastante desagradável que a estrutura das paredes dos quartos não tem proteção acústica: o barulho deselegante dos vizinhos incomodou muito de madrugada. Mas este problema é muito mais da falta de educação de certos hóspedes do que do hotel em si. Fica a dica às pessoas distintas: divertir-se à noite em dois não precisa ser uma experiência exibicionista.
