The owners were very helpful and welcoming. Room was very nice, and exceptionally clean, with a stunning view, but the bathroom was a little dated. Breakfast was delicious, and typically Turkish, all freshly made. Would definitely return, if in the area!

They are in the process of renovating and updating the hotel to make it more modern. The room was fine but the bathroom didn’t have great lighting and the water pressure is very high so we cracked the rainfall— breakfast was fantastic!!!! Amazing service overall

A very warm welcome from Josh and a delicious breakfast from Sugar/Şeker made my stay. Their daily greeting, kindness and hospitality will be remembered. Melrose was such an easeful way to visit Pamukkale, resting by the gorgeous pool and palms then meandering a few minutes up to the South Gate. It meant I could descend the travertines with no one else around just before closing as the sun was painting them pink. Peaceful, relaxing. Glorious. Thank you Melrose team 🙏

Overall for a one night stay in this area the hotel is great. The staff is GREAT. We told them we had to leave early (15 mins before breakfast started) so we wouldn’t be eating and they just wouldn’t have it (in a wonderfully kind way) They offered to serve us early so we could have something. And it was the BEST breakfast we’ve had here. So glad we didn’t miss it!

Amazing stay for 1 or 2 nights. It said check in was until 8pm but I messaged them and said if I will be coming at 11:30pm and they waited till I arrived to let me stay at the hotel. Amazing customer service and they really cared about us. We got a king size bed and very comfortable. Overall amazing stay. Breakfast was amazing aswell and we left this place happy and would definitely recommend if you’re coming. 10/10
