A lot of money to spend for a place which wasn’t imo worth it.
The wardrobe doors were flimsy and when opened the wardrobe shuddered and swayed as though it were to collapse.
The toilet wouldn’t fill automatically, luckily the shower was close by with a flexible hose to fill it after every flush, which was just bothersome.
The cord for the heater didn’t even reach the wall socket: and the heater is wall mounted so literally no way of moving it closer. Not great on chilly nights.
Housekeeping came on the 3rd day, the room was left tidy and well made up, but the chemical cleaning spray they use to “scent” the rooms is chokingly awful. Even with door and window open it wouldn’t subside.
The senior manager kept singing my name every time he saw me, whilst entertaining at first it became overbearing very quickly. Also introducing me to every single person in the hotel was a bit extroverted given I was just trying to eat breakfast.
It’s close to town, maybe a 5 minute walk, has a few good spots around for food and supplies, but ultimately I felt it was a rather large pricetag for something I would have paid half for in my own overpriced country. Given the rooms inadequacies it was too much.
